01 / MATERIALS
Steel selected for
what it will endure.
Every alloy in our inventory was specified against a failure mode, not a price point. Our AISI 1070 high-carbon pins are case-hardened to 62 HRC surface hardness with a 40 HRC core — hard enough to resist wear at the contact surfaces, tough enough not to shatter under shock load.
Incoming bar stock is verified by third-party spectrographic analysis before it enters our machining cells. If the chemistry is off by a fraction, the material is rejected — not regraded.

04 / ENGINEERING
The datasheet you write
is the part we ship.
Our engineering team works from your load diagram, not from a standard catalog. Submit a duty cycle — peak torque, shock factor, operating temperature, and lubrication conditions — and we'll return a chain specification with a calculated safety factor above 7:1 before we quote.
Custom prototype lead time is 48 hours from approved drawing. First article inspection report (FAIR) is included, not optional. If the first article fails any dimension, we make it again before it ships.
